Brewing Guide

* Pre-rinse the carafe with hot water.

* Add approximately 2 level tablespoons of coarse ground coffee per 125ml of water.

* Pour in fresh water just off the boil.

* Stir gently with a non-metal utensil.

* Place the lid on with the plunger fully raised and allow to brew for 4 minutes.

*Slowly press the plunger down and serve immediately for the best flavour.

Care Instructions

Disassemble the plunger and lid before cleaning.

Wash the filter with warm soapy water, using a soft brush if required.

Clean the glass carafe with mild detergent and rinse thoroughly.

Avoid abrasive cleaners or scourers.

Dry with a soft cloth.

Dishwasher safe.
