Our Responsibility
We believe in using suppliers who are environmentally and socially responsible and committed to their local communities. We also like to find ways to give back, regularly donating to local schools, churches and charities. Where possible we use sustainable practices – recycling cartons, energy saving ventilation and lighting to reduce our carbon footprint. We also are accredited with HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINT (HACCP) and audited annually here at our Castle Hill Factory to ensure all our teas are produced to the highest quality.
Our Origins
CHINA – Renowned for its green teas, fragrant oolongs, delicate white, black and yellow teas, tea cakes “Beeng Cha”, smokey Lapsang Souchong, sweet Keemun, and teas of ancient descent and artisan teas.
INDIA – Characterised as strong, aromatic and full flavoured, quintessentially prestigious and some of the world’s finest flavours.
GERMANY – Herbals and fruit flavoured teas.
JAPAN – Green Tea Specialists and Matcha for Latte.
SRI LANKA – “Ceylon” high grown Uva, Dimbula and Nuwara Eliya teas are piquantly fragrant, fruity, and lower teas are thicker, darker, and more assertive.
AUSTRALIA – Mild black teas suitable for breakfast tea blends.
